As the global AI sector is dominated by American and Chinese technologies, the Marianne Institute (vzw/asbl) launches a sovereign European alternative from the RI-Valley. For several months, data simulations have been conducted on highly accurate university measuring instruments to convert linear measurements into the complex, non-linear models of the OURL™ architecture. The multidisciplinary think tank, consisting of experts in criminology, justice, security services, and healthcare, ensures the societal relevance of this oversight.
